The Challenge
Love Luna came to us with the hard part already done: an established ecommerce brand, a clear position in period underwear and real organic visibility. The next stage was about growing efficiently, finding the audiences, products and creative that would carry the next phase of growth, and making sure every media dollar was pulling its weight.

Lower cost per purchase
First two months, compared with their previous performance.
Less media spend. More sales. Every purchase almost a fifth cheaper to win.
The gap we found.
Paid media was set up to drive traffic. The next stage needed it to drive purchases. Budget was spread across campaigns and creative that drew clicks without producing sales.
What we did.
We rebuilt the paid-media approach around efficiency rather than volume. We reduced spend on what was not converting, identified the campaigns and creative actually driving purchases, and moved budget toward them. At the same time we completed SEO, UI and UX, and conversion audits that set the roadmap for the next stage of organic and ecommerce growth.
What it means.
The easy move with an established brand is to raise the media budget. The expensive risk is scaling spend behind a story that only speaks to existing customers. By fixing the foundation first, every media dollar from here works for a brand built to win new customers, rather than bidding again for the ones it already has.
