This section applies to Google user data accessed through WebOracle’s connected tools and services.

When you authorise a Google connection, WebOracle may access data from the Google services you select, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Ads. This may include account and property identifiers, website and campaign performance metrics, and authorisation tokens used to maintain your connection. We use this information to provide the reporting, analysis and connected features you request.

How long we retain Google user data

We retain Google user data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide your requested services. This may include maintaining an authorised connection, preparing reports and retaining reports you have requested.

Retention depends on the type of information and whether it remains necessary for these purposes. When the information is no longer required, we delete it, unless retention is required by law.

How to request deletion

You may request deletion of your Google user data held by WebOracle through our Contact Us page.

Include “Google data deletion request” in your message and identify the email address and connected business or website associated with your request. Do not provide your Google password.

After verifying your authority to make the request, we will delete the associated Google user data under our control, including stored authorisation tokens, imported data and reports containing that data, without undue delay.

If we must retain particular information by law, we will explain the reason and applicable retention period.

How to revoke Google access

You can revoke WebOracle’s access at any time through your Google Account connections settings.

Revoking access prevents further access through that authorisation. It does not automatically delete information previously stored by WebOracle. To request deletion of those stored copies, contact us using the process above.

Deleting information held by WebOracle does not delete the original information held in your Google services.
