Schickerling Property is a family-owned boutique real estate agency specialising in heritage and premium property listings across Melbourne’s northern suburbs. They engaged WebOracle to deliver a comprehensive suite of services including website design and development, as well as branding strategy and collateral that would bring their vision to life.

 

Recognising the fast-paced evolution of the real estate industry, Schickerling sought a digital presence that balanced innovation with security. Their new website needed a modern UI and seamless UX, while also integrating market-leading digital platforms to ensure the protection of buyer and tenant information. WordPress was selected as the CMS for its flexibility, security, and scalability.

As specialists in heritage properties, it was essential that the new site position Schickerling as polished, powerful, and exclusive. High-definition imagery showcasing the intricate details of their distinctive property listings takes centre stage on the homepage. A warm-toned pink colour palette was chosen to evoke a sense of comfort and warmth, underscoring the idea that Schickerling isn’t just selling houses—they’re selling homes.

 

The new logo features a refined gold typeface, paying homage to the elegance of Victorian-era architecture and reinforcing Schickerling’s expertise in Melbourne’s heritage real estate market.
